2. Make sure your kitchen is a healthy kitchen. Remove blocks and impediments to healthy eating. Resist the temptations by removing roadblocks and cleaning out your cupboards.
20 minutes of movement a day
3. Include at least 20 minutes of exercise into your daily routine, at a minimum. Schedule it into your calendar to make it happen!
