- 1 frozen or fresh banana
- 1 cup, fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 cups chocolate flavored almond or hemp milk
- ¼ cup of raw cashews
- 3 dates
- 2 cups of water
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and add water
